This is a good buy for the price. Easy to use. Not sure how accurate it is since I have not compared it. The fat % has a fluctuation of +/- 1 percentage point but I think that is acceptable.

This is a great product. I don't think any of these fat loss monitors really show any consistency when measured side by side. I also have a fat loss scale and both use the same technology but they are completely different. My scale shows me at 15 percent body fat and the Omron shows me at 10 percent. The main thing is to get a base line of what you are at on first reading and then you should be able to have something to gage against. Take the reading at the same time everyday. Read the instructions. Good luck.

This device really helps me keep track of my training and diet. It's fast and easy. You just set up a profile (you can do up to 10 profiles) once and you can just input your weight. Could not be any simpler.

This is a great tool to complete your set of evaluation. I'm loosing weight and helping other to do it in a healthy way. Monitoring the body fat is great!
